There is an item on your Instagram or Facebook page, but I can’t seem to find it on your website? 

Unfortunately, our online store does not have all the items that our Bricks & Mortar store does.  This is due to some items being just too fragile, un-shippable or too heavy.  If you believe the item is online but you can not find it, please contact our store shop@relaxandentertain.com.au and one of our helpful staff members will direct you to the right online location. 

Can I buy the item online and collect it in store?  

You sure can.  Please see 'Click & Collect' on our Delivery Info page for more details.   

Can I lay-by an item online?

Unfortunately we do not offer lay-by online.  We offer both Afterpay and ZipPay online, should you need a little extra time to pay for your goodies!

Can you please wrap my order, it is for a gift?

We are more than happy to gift wrap most online purchases for you.  Please remember that sometimes the gift wrapping may get a bit creased in transit though!  

Do you offer re-order for out of stock items?

If an item is showing as out of stock on our website we will sure try our best to get it back in if you are wanting to purchase it.  Please contact us at shop@relaxandentertain.com.au to discuss further.  

Can I pre-order stock?

Only items that are labelled ‘pre-order' online can be pre-ordered.  They will always clearly state an expected time of arrival.  Whilst this is only ever a guide, we will keep you in the loop with any changes to the delivery time frames.  All orders will be sent out as one parcel, so if you purchase a ‘pre-order’ item, then your other goodies will wait in our store until the ‘pre-order’ order is ready to go.  If you would like the items that are in stock now, you will be required to pay an additional freight charge of $12.95 to receive those items. Oops! Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

We understand! We all make mistakes or things can change. Please get in contact with us via email shop@relaxandentertain.com.au or call our lovely store team on 03 5561 8935, as soon as possible so we can fix this for you.

Please note, once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel the order.

I love this piece! How do I check for stock availability?

Please note, stock availability on larger pieces such as furniture, mirrors, framed artwork. lighting, and rugs is dependent on our suppliers. 

I want to see this piece in person, is everything on your website on display in store?

As much as we’d love to have everything on our website in store with us, we don’t have the space! If there is something in particular from our custom orders page you would like to query about, please email us at shop@relaxandentertain.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I pre-order or custom orders items?

Yes, we do take pre-orders & custom orders! Our web team are continually updating the website with items available for pre-order or custom orders, but if there is something particular you are wanting, send an email to shop@relaxandentertain.com.au with your request and we will do our best to help you!
