Story behind the product ~ Hand woven in the Buhera district of Zimbabwe these pot shaped baskets are made from local grasses and reeds. Traditionally used for storing grain and carrying water they are a very thick and sturdy basket. An organic sculptural piece the Buhera basket is a unique styling & decorating product, providing interest, texture & sculptural shape to any design genre.
Each one is slightly unique in shape and size - some are more rounded while others are more elongated through the body.
